Q91y-800 gantry shear adopts the waste shaping and subsection feeding mode of upper compression and two side compression. It has the characteristics of wide cutting inlet and deep feeding cavity. After shaping and shearing, the sheared material is rectangular, with high output and remarkable production efficiency. It adopts hydraulic transmission and automatic electrical control system, which has the characteristics of stable operation, reliable operation and simple operation. The shear is in the form of single-layer material box. It is generally applicable to metal recycling and processing plants, scrap car dismantling yards, smelting and casting industries, and cold cutting of various section steels and metal structural parts to process them into qualified furnace charge.
The gantry shearing machine is mainly composed of gantry structure, worktable, CNC system, control system, and cutting tools. Among them, the gantry structure is the main support of the entire equipment, which can withstand high-power servo motors and high-speed movement, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the equipment. There are pliers on the workbench to fix the material to be processed, and the required position is not moved by hydraulic drive. The numerical control system is the core that controls the entire equipment, responsible for calculating fixed input parameters or graphics and generating programs. The mobile control system executes the program instructions generated by the numerical control system into the equipment, and implements various cutting operations through motor driven hydraulic cylinders.
The automatic buttering function of the cutting edge ensures the automatic lubrication of the upper and lower slides on both sides of the blade, reduces friction, and extends the wear life of the blade wear plate. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is equipped with a temperature monitor for automatic cooling. So as to ensure that the hydraulic oil works under normal temperature, extend the service life of the oil pump and oil seal in the oil cylinder, and the pressure will not decay.
The shear force is equipped with a pressure sensor to achieve the automatic return of the limited pressure and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Operation mode: manual operation mode, remote control operation mode and full-automatic operation mode. Customers can change the operation mode at will, which is more convenient and labor-saving, reducing labor cost and increasing output.
The material of the cutting blade is H13, and the blades of different materials can be customized according to the user’s requirements. The gantry shear, with a cutting edge width of 1.2-1.8m, is more suitable for cutting wider waste. The silo is automatically pushed and cut with high efficiency. The remote control of the whole machine makes it easier to operate. It is one of the necessary equipment for the future development of the waste recycling industry.
