SC1690 Metal Hammer Mill is a specialized equipment used for processing scrap metal materials. Its core principle is to use the basic principle of hammer striking. Under the drive of a high-speed and high torque motor, the hammer heads on the main rotor take turns striking the materials to be crushed that enter the chamber. Through the space formed between the lining plate and the hammer heads, the materials to be crushed are torn into qualified ones.
The working principle of the scrap metal crusher is to use the hammer head on the high-speed rotating rotor to strike and tear the scrap metal entering the crushing chamber. During the striking process, the scrap metal is gradually broken into small pieces and discharged through a sieve or discharge outlet. The hammer head and lining plate of the crusher are usually made of wear-resistant materials to ensure the durability and crushing efficiency of the equipment.
The crushed material particles are uniform, easy to put into the furnace, and the water yield is high during smelting.
The discharge particle size can be adjusted by changing the sieve plates with different pore sizes to meet the diversified needs of customers.
The hammer head and lining plate made of alloy casting are impact resistant and wear-resistant, with low production cost. A cleaning position is reserved for cleaning and maintenance inside the crusher.
