The working principle of the SC8010 small waste aluminum crusher is to feed the waste aluminum material into the crushing chamber of the crusher, and the transmission system controls the operation of the crusher to generate high-speed rotating cutting tools to crush the aluminum material into fragments. The screen in the crushing chamber screens the crushed aluminum fragments to meet the required particle size requirements. After screening, the aluminum fragments are discharged from the discharge port and can enter the next process for further processing.
The crushed material particles are uniform, easy to put into the furnace, and the water yield is high during smelting.
The discharge particle size can be adjusted by changing the sieve plates with different pore sizes to meet the diversified needs of customers.
The hammer head and lining plate made of alloy casting are impact resistant and wear-resistant, with low production cost. A cleaning position is reserved for cleaning and maintenance inside the crusher.
